Introduction
LRU Technology, founded in Taiwan in 1985, set up a wholly owned lighting company in Zhongshan, Guangdong in 1995. With around 300 employees, including 30+ R&D staff, and a 40,000 m² factory, LRU offers traditional, LED, and low-voltage smart control lighting. The company has over 30 years of experience in design, manufacturing, and sales, working with global brands like Lowe’s, Home Depot, and renowned designers.
In 2017, under Taiwan’s “5+2” industrial innovation plan, LRU partnered with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to create “LRU Technology Inc.” in Taiwan, focusing on human-centric lighting healthcare products. These integrate low-voltage systems with intelligent controls for full energy efficiency. LRU develops and promotes solutions to regulate circadian rhythms and enhance light healthcare, delivering comfortable, healthy, and value-added lighting for global markets.
