Introduction
The AMOT Association, under the guidance of the Council of Agriculture, promotes "Traceability Restaurants" that use technology to connect the food ingredients used in the restaurant on the basis of production and sales records, making them more transparent. This allows consumers to choose safe and traceable food ingredients when dining out.
Building on the credibility established over a decade of disclosing food traceability information, AMOT provides guidance and assistance to the catering business and other industries in need, as well as supporting the development of sustainable agriculture by leveraging technological data to encourage responsible consumption.
Together, we will respond to climate change, defend food safety, and maintain a sustainable environment for our planet.
